Parents and guardians are welcome to visit anytime….and we mean 24/7, 365 days a year. We understand that every parent has challenges and circumstances that are unique to their family. For parents that are unable to be engaged in their child’s care, we also want them to have peace of mind by knowing their child is receiving the best possible care. We keep communications open by:
- Toll-free lines for non-local parents and family members
- Monthly reports are sent to the family/guardian
- Quarterly reports update families/guardians on their child's customized care plan progress.
